Half training

So day four of week one in the books. 14 miles for the week. Rough run today as I did 3 yesterday and 4 today. Concentrating on distance and not worrying about speed. I’m trying to burn some fat and lose back down to my September weight so duration is better at the moment than intensity anyway so that isn’t a bad thing.

I’m using the nike running app and the coach function this time around. So we’ll see how that goes.

Next week is 3 miler followed by a five miler times 2.
